This training session is designed for leaders of all levels and those who are interested in becoming leaders. We’ll focus on the foundational pieces of leadership that will create success in today’s challenging environment. People leave people, not companies.
That is why key leadership principles are so important to establish
early on. Many of our leaders are promoted into leadership roles
from individual contributor roles without being given the tools
to lead effectively. This course provides a high-level overview of
helpful tools.
