Students will be introduced to the fiber optics industry and learn basic theory to support hands-on training with fusion splicers, troubleshooting and diagnostic equipment, and various modes of fiber optic cable used in industry, as well as Outside Plant and Fiber to the Home Training in underground and aerial environments.
