Complaints About the Program
The PTA Program takes complaints seriously and works to resolve issues in a satisfactory manner. Individuals registering complaints about the program and/or faculty will be free from retaliation following the submission of a complaint. Complaints filed against this program will not result in retaliation from the program or the institutions the program represents.

All complaints will be documented, including the projected outcome, and kept on file at the program facility. Complaints regarding accreditation of this program should be addressed to the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education. If a member of the PTA Program Advisory Committee has a complaint regarding the program, they should first address the complaint with the PTA Program Director. Unresolved complaints or complaints about the Program Director should be directed to the ICTC Director of Nursing and Health Careers or the CSC Department Chair for Nursing and Allied Health.
